arrange your appetizers on your trays or our selection of
local pottery, which must be returned.

Please place orders three days in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate you, if we can, on

~Appetizer Buffet~

This menu is for groups of 20 or more.  At $12/person you get
8 items.   Buffet includes plates, napkins and utensils.  Delivery
can be arranged for 15%.  We can arrange for a server for your
party.  

Chef’s Choice:  we can do all the work for you.  We will choose
a menu from among the Following items or from new stuff
we’re making up all the time.

To turn you buffet into a full dinner add one or more of  the

Whole poached salmon and salsa      (8-12  lbs, market price)
Jumbo shrimp steamed and served with cocktail sauce.

Tuscan turkey roll:  whole turkey breast stuffed with omlette
and basil, rolled and roasted.  Sliced and served with

Freshly roasted top round of beef with creamy horse radish
sauce, Benny’s focaccia  and condiments.

Flank steak stuffed with apples and bleu cheese, oven braised

Any of the buffet appetizers can be ordered by the platter to
add to a pot luck or to complete your own party.  

Chef’s choice Canapés:  An assortment of at least three kinds of
canapés and bite-sized
appetizers, our choice.  3 doz. $36

Meats and Seafood:
Salmon and dill strudel:  Wild salmon and potatoes in dill sauce,
wrapped in filo dough.   3 doz. bites  $32

Lemon Chicken Satay with spicy peanut sauce:  Oven roasted
chicken breast sliced and skewered and served with our spicy
peanut sauce.  15-20 skewers/lb.  $16/lb (minimum order 2 lbs).

Mini Meatballs:  ½ oz meatballs served hot in your choice of
our home made sweet & sour or barbecue sauces.  
                                        $12/lb (minimum order 3 lbs.)  

Shrimp & Tortellini Antipasto:  Giant shrimp, kalamata olives,
tri-colored cheese Tortellini, sweet bell pepper, mushrooms and
artichoke hearts in our Italian vinaigrette.       $65 (serves 12-15)

Roast Turkey Breast:  Freshly roasted, hand sliced and served
with house made focaccia and condiments.  6-8 lb turkey $15/lb

Roast Top Sirloin:  Black pepper and herb crusted and slow
roasted to med. rare, sliced thinly and served with house made
focaccia and condiments.                              6-8 lb roast $14/lb

Veggies & Cheeses:
Pesto Torta:  Seasoned cream cheese layered with fresh basil
pesto and sun dried Tomatoes,  served with our house

Black Pepper Feta:  Seasoned cream cheese, feta cheese and
coarse ground black pepper served with sliced Granny Smith

Salmon Mousse:  Seasoned cheese with smoked salmon, capers
and fresh lemon,  served with our house dark rye.

Brie with Port wine & Raspberry sauce:  Brie cheese wrapped in
puff pastry and baked. Served warm with our house made
raspberry and Port wine sauce.

Three cheese platter:  Pesto torta, Black pepper feta and Brie
served with focaccia and crostini and Granny Smith apples

Antipasto Platter:  Genoa salami, provolone cheese, cucumbers,
marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, baby
carrots and fresh grapes and dip with some crostini and focaccia
for spreading and dipping.                                 $40 (serves 10)

Chips and Salsa:  Tri colored corn chips with two hand made
salsas; fresh tomato &  cilantro or guacomole:      $30 (serves 15)

Focaccia:  Our house made flat bread baked fresh daily.  
Choose fresh rosemary; Parmesan; kalamata olive; garlic; craisin
tarragon.                                            $15/half sheet (serves 20)


Dessert from Benny’s
All desserts are made in-house and to–order, from all natural
ingredients.  Please give three days notice for special orders.  
We can decorate with fresh flowers and writing upon request.

Chocolate Ganache Tort:  two layers of rich chocolate cake
filled with your choice of raspberries or  chocolate mousse,  
iced with whipped ganache.

Carrot Cake:  two layers of moist carrot cake filled and iced
with cream cheese icing and dredged with pecans.

New York Cheesecake:  New York style cheesecake with
graham cracker crust.  Choose lemon, vanilla or dark chocolate.

Cobbler:  Choose Peach, cherry, Oregon blueberry or mixed
raspberries and blackberries.  We wrap them in our home made
scone dough for the best comfort food around.

Pie:  Choose Tart Cherry , Granny Smith Apple or Pecan.  All
hand made.

Cookies:  Sour cream with burnt butter frosting, chocolate chip,
peanut butter, fudge brownies, lemon bars, toffee bars, molasses
ginger.

Chef’s Choice  A tray of assorted desserts from the above
selection to serve as many guests as you have.  $4.50/person
Specialties:  we are also famous for Crème brulee, Angel food
cake, Gingerbread, White chocolate lemon tort and Frangipan
Pear tart.  

Dessert Buffet:  
For parties of 20 or more choose four of the desserts
above with beverage ( coffee, tea or Cucumber lemonade) for
$6/person.  
We will prepare a beautiful display of mini desserts cut and
trayed.  We calculate 1 ½ desserts per person, so an order for
20 guests will include 30 pieces of four kinds.  Orders of 100 or
more may choose an additional variety at the same price.
Wedding Cakes
We will make you a European-style cake, baked fresh from
scratch using all natural ingredients, never frozen.  Designed,
decorated and delivered.  The only limit is your imagination.  
We have an extensive photo album for your perusal.

~Rent the Restaurant~
The restaurant is available to rent Sunday through Thursday for
dinner or appetizer parties (seats 60).  The semi-private room
(seats 28) is available Monday-Saturday days and evenings.  Call
for more information.
