Montana pork tenderloin, cumin rubbed and oven roasted.  Served with
cherry rhubarb sauce and lentil rice pilaf.  $20

market vegetables braised with Indian curry.  Served over
basmati rice and lentils with toasted cashews,

pan seared and served on a bed of fresh spinach with basmati
