Beef Stroganoff: All natural local Montana beef sirloin seasoned with ground black pepper, pan seared with onions, Gold Country mushrooms and sour cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes. $18
Chipotle Burger: 8oz. Organic grown lean ground beef marinated in Jamaican Jerk spices and grilled. Served on toasted Focaccia with Chipotle-orange mayonnaise, tomato, onion and romaine lettuce. Served with tonights spuds and vegetable. $15
Curry: Madras style curry of baby carrots, cauliflower, onion, garbanzo beans and fresh tomato in fresh ginger and whole cardamom. Served over basmati rice with chutney, toasted cashews, yogurt, cucumbers and mint chutney. Choose with local all natural chicken or pork $20
Lamb Chops: 12 oz. of locally grown all natural lamb chops infused with thyme rosemary and grilled. Served with today's mint chutney, herb roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day. $27

Pesto Pasta: Angel hair pasta tossed with pesto, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes in white wine and cream. With some improvising this dish can be made Vegan! $15
Curry: Indian curry with carrots, cauliflower, onions, garlic, garbanzo beans, fresh ginger and curry spices. Served over basmati rice with sides of cucumber, yogurt, apricot chutney, mint chutney and toasted cashews. Leave out the yogurt and this dish is also vegan. $15
Veggie Tetrazzini: Local mushrooms, fresh spinach and garlic sauteed and toasted with sherry cream sauce, Parmesan cheese and angel hair pasta, baked until golden and served with market vegetables. $15
