~Sandwiches and Wraps~
Classic house roasted turkey, roast beef and vegetarian sandwiches; deli ham, salami, cheeses and fresh
vegetables made on Benny’s  focaccia-style bread.  Come with tri-colored corn chips.  Order by the tray
or individual sack lunches.
Whole:  $7.00/person        half:  $5.00
Chicken Caesar or Veggie wraps & Chips:  $8.00/person

~Meat and Cheese Tray~

~Salads~
Green salads are our trademark.  

If you don’t see your favorite ask!  We custom made potato, pasta and fresh fruit salads.  Salads are
served buffet style in a large bowl with side dressing, or individually boxed.
House Salad:  Green leaf and organic field greens tossed with grated feta cheese, toasted
walnuts, Granny Smith apples and sliced red onion.  Salad served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Greek Salad:  Green leaf and organic field greens tossed with grated  feta cheese, herbs,
sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, cucumbers and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Caesar Salad:  Fresh romaine lettuce, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, house made
croutons and tossed in creamy Caesar dressing.

~Custom salads~
Require 24 hours notice and minimum of 5 lb. order (serves 10-12)

Greek Pasta Salad:  Rotini pasta tossed with fresh tomatoes, black olives, artichoke
hearts, red onion and Parmesan cheese in a fresh basil balsamic vinaigrette.  Please call a day ahead.  
Orzo Pasta Salad:  Tiny rice shaped pasta tossed with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and
fresh dill in fresh lemon vinaigrette. Please call a day ahead.
Classic Potato Salad:  Baby red potatoes, green onions, celery with fresh dill
mayonnaise.  Please call a day ahead.  
Fresh fruit:  Melon, strawberries, mango, orange and whatever the market has fresh,
with fresh lime and honey.  Seasonal, please call a day ahead.


~Soup~
We take soup seriously.  Soup is made fresh daily from all natural ingredients.  We have two soups
daily, Creamy Tomato Rosemary & Chef’s choice.  Order soup hot by the pot or individual bowls.

~Hot Entrees~
We will make the following hot entry items fresh for you.  We do request 24 hours notice.  Entries
include salad of your choice and today’s acacia; Served buffet style.

Quiche:  Classic quiche made with a variety of fillings including broccoli, shrimp, pesto
tomato, and classic Quiche Lorraine baked in our flaky handmade pastry crust.  
Classic Lasagna:  Layers of pasta with marinara sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta and
Mozzarella cheese with freshly grated Parmesan.  
Pesto Lasagna:  Layers of pasta with basil pesto, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella
cheeses. It’s a great vegetarian option.
Chicken  Pot Pie:  Chunks of chicken breast simmered with carrots, potatoes and onions
in veloute sauce. Pie is served in a deep dish topped with our flaky pie crust.
Chicken Marbella:  Chicken breast marinated in white wine and baked with apricots,
olives and plums.  Served with couscous.
Beef Stroganoff:  Chunks of beef and onions simmered in sour cream and beef gravy,
seasoned with lots of black pepper. Stroganoff is served over buttered noodles.
Beef Pasties:  Roast beef, onions and potatoes simmered in beef broth and wrapped in
flaky pie crust.  Served with gravy.
Spanikopita:  Mediterranean classic; layers of phyllo pastry filled with spinach and feta
cheese.  

~DESSERT~
Cookies or Bars are always available.  Ask us for today’s selection.  $1 each
Cakes, Pies, Cobblers:  Available with 24 hours notice.  We specialize in carrot cake,
peach, cherry and mixed berry cobblers.

~DINNER~

Catered dinners from Benny’s, served either buffet style or sit down with full service. Dinner includes
your choice of soup or salad served with our house made bread. Appetizers and dessert can be added.
24-48 hours notice is appreciated.
Include soup or salad and Benny’s focaccia bread

Chicken Marbella:  Chicken breasts poached in white wine and herbs with
dried apricots, plums and mixed olives.  Served with green rice and vegetable of the day.  

Top Round of Beef:  Black pepper and herb crusted and slow roasted medium rare. We
Serve this with mushroom demi glaze, potatoes and vegetable of the day.  8-10 oz serving

Lasagne:  Layers of pasta with marinara sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese with
freshly grated parmesan.
 

Beef Stroganoff:  
Chunks of beef and onions simmered in sour cream and beef gravy, seasoned with lots
of black pepper. Served over a bed of buttered noodles.
 


Pork Normande:
 Pork tenderloin pan seared and braised in caramelized onions, sautéed
apples and brandy.  Served with potatoes and vegetable of the day.
  

Blue cheese Baked Polenta :  Polenta cooked and sliced, layered with our
marinara sauce, Provolone cheese and Gorgonzola and baked, served with vegetable of the day.  A great
vegetarian option.   

Chef’s Choice:  We have always got something brewing—ask us for new ideas—or make
a suggestion.  We’d love to work with you.  Custom is our forte.

~Appetizers~
Choose 1 to serve 8 people or more.  
Black Pepper Feta: Seasoned feta cheese spread with coarse black pepper
and a hint of honey.  Served with thick sliced Granny Smith apples for dipping.
Crostini:  House made crostini with tapenade and basil pesto spreads.
Brie:  Served warm with raspberry sauce and crostini

~Dessert~
All made in house and very fresh
New York Cheesecake:  Choice of chocolate or lemon.
Carrot Cake:  Classic carrot cake with cream cheese icing.
Cobbler:  Choice of Cherry or Mixed berry.
Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Tort
